2.1. The purchase of any products through our site is governed by our Terms of Sale.

4. YOUR ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
4.1. You agree and understand that our site and the contents are intended for parties who are competent to enter into binding contracts under the applicable laws of India. You hereby represent that you are competent to contract under applicable laws of India.
4.2. You understand that for the purpose of effectively using some features of our site you will be required to register as a user on our site and provide accurate information at the time of registration, as well as when you avail of any services that are available to registered users on our site.

15.1 If you breach these Conditions of Use and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Use.
16.GOVERNING LAW
16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, India.
17. COMPENSATION POLICY
17.1. We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and clean each article using method that is best suited to its nature and condition.
17.2. We cannot assume responsibilities for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane etc
17.3. In laundering or dry cleaning, we cannot assume responsibilities for color loss and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.
17.4. Any ornaments, valuables, cash or special buttons must be removed by customers before sending for cleaning. Responsibility is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, shoulder pads and sequins etc.
17.5. In the event of loss by fire, any other loss or damage to article for which we may accept liability, without prejudice, such liability SHALL NOT EXCEED ten(10) times the rates charged for cleaning the article, provided that the claim is made within twenty-four(24) hours after receiving the article and the original tax invoice/contract must be presented. Such claim shall be deemed not exceeding INR 2000.00 or whichever is lowest, unless the value of the article is declared in writing on the Tax Invoice/ Contract.
17.6. Any item which the value declared by the customer, exceed INR 2000.00. The rate charged for cleaning the item will be five(5)% of the declared value, otherwise the normal rates apply.
17.7. The article, whether partially or completely damaged must be retained by us upon full settlement of claim unless otherwise agreed by LaundroKart.com
17.8. All article must be claimed within Four(4) weeks from the deposit date of tax invoice/contract. All Unclaimed items will be disposed off after the expiry date unless otherwise specified at time of depositing the articles for cleaning.
17.9. Please check number of articles indicated, otherwise Sujaldryclean.com count must be accepted as correct. In case of discrepancy in count, and if you are not available to verify, our count must be accepted as correct.
17.10. All articles must be inspected and customer’s dissatisfaction, if any, shall be made known at time of collection, Sujaldryclean.com shall not be responsible for subsequent complaints.
17.11. Pickup and delivery services will be subject to availability of the staff.
18. STANDARD TERMS
18.1. Charges for Semi Express is 1.5 times of normal service and for Express it is 2 times of normal service.
18.2. Delivery for the Regular Services will be done as per the Scheduled Delivery Date.
18.3. Delivery for Express Services will be done on the next business day.
18.4. LaundroKart shall not be held responsible if the regular/express delivery is delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances.
18.5. We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and clean each article using method that is best suited to its nature and condition.
18.6. We cannot assume responsibilities for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane, and similar materials.
18.7. In dry cleaning and laundry, we cannot assume responsibilities for colour loss and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.
18.8. Almost all curtains undergo some form of shrinkage based on the fabric, especially for first time wash/dry clean hence, we do not take any responsibility of any shrinkage. However,Sujal Quality Washing Company can get the re-stitching done with the choice of your curtain dealer, such cost will be borne the customer.
18.9. Garments like Carpets, Shoes & heavy garments will not be accepted for Express Services.
18.10. Sujal Quality Washing Company have all the rights to cancel/modify/change the T&C without prior notice.
18.11. Delivery & Packaging charges are applicable on each order.
